While snappyHexMesh is an awesome automated mesher, it seems to be extremely sensitive to input geometries. I went looking for other meshing options to include in droneCFD. cfMesh
stood out as a very clever and easy to use alternative. The initial support for cfMesh in droneCFD can be found here:
If there is enough interest, I'll merge this into the main branch of droneCFD. cfMesh does require additional software installation, but I found the process to be very straight forward. Any feedback on cfMesh versus snappyHexMesh would be greatly appreciated.
